Devon Spears

Is an event planner from Long Island, NY whos career ambitions has led him to take his passion and run with it. He started with a hotel, retsuraunt & culinary degree from NYC College. He than worked for a major hotel chain where he moved through the ranks and within 2 years became maitre d. In 1992 he decided to leave and open up Lifestyles Café, Nightclub & Resturaunt. From then on his passion for event planning and attention to detail became his trademark. He enjoyed event planning and had visions for spectacular events and wanted to make it his next business venture.

In 1998 Devon opened New York Party Time where he could actually show people the passion he had for planning events & particularly weddings. He connected well with his brides and made it a point to help clients through the very stressful process of planning a wedding from start to finish and adding new, exciting and innovative ideas to each and every event so there happy as the end result.

Built from experience and dedication in 2011 Devon Spears opened Studio 154. Where his clients can enjoy the convenience of the one-stop shop event planning service. He strives for excellence & professionalism with each and every event that he does no matter the size or budget a client has. You can call him a wedding concierge. He has a “tell it like it is” attitude and it comes refreshing to clients because they know he would never let them make the wrong decision.
